Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautifully decorated rooms, albeit some without a view, overlooking the loch. While the rooms were good, the bathrooms require attention. The service varied in professionalism, with struggles in simple tasks but attentive and knowledgeable staff. The location is breathtaking, with investments in the hotel's care noticeable, though some items on the menu seemed overpriced. The dining experience was superb with a great selection of dishes. Overall, the facilities were enjoyable, enhancing the stay.
The hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms with everything we needed, including a special bed, bowl, and treats for our dog. The hill view from the room was large and comfortable, providing a great view over the Loch. The service was friendly and courteous, although the bar had some issues with running out of draft beers/lagers for several days. The location, despite some disappointments with the changing rooms' hygiene, is beautiful on the edge of Loch Rannoch, creating an idyllic surrounding. The dining experience was particularly good with a large choice of both cold and hot food, one of the best I've had in a while. The facilities were excellent, meeting our expectations.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely, with a nice view over Loch Rannoch, and the decor was amazing. However, the room was quite small and had a strange sloping floor, which felt a bit disconcerting. The service was exceptional, but there was a small hiccup with one waiter during breakfast. The location right on the loch front was fabulous, perfect for enjoying a drink and taking in the beautiful views. The dining experience was good overall, although the quality of some breakfast items could be improved. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel; the rooms were spacious and offered a stunning view of the loch, but the shower room felt quite small. The location was fantastic with great views from the bedroom windows, but there seemed to be a staff shortage affecting the hotel's operation. The dining options were good, although not as exceptional as in previous visits. The facilities were convenient, especially being able to use the marina and gym onsite.
